Two words: We manufacture. We do not subcontract any productive process to third parties. Everything happens in our facilities. Yes, everything. File management, machine programming, laser cutting, finishes and treatments, quality inspection, packaging and even the editing of this website ;)

My Orders

How can I cancel or modify my order?


The pieces manufactured by LaserBoost do not belong to a stock, they are made to measure. The cancellation of an order will proceed to the total refund of the amount of the order with the exception of the charges of the industrial processes already carried out. On the other hand, the actions to be carried out for a modification in an order will depend on the scope of the same.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?


All orders go through a phase of file validation, manufacturing and shipping. The validation of files is immediate if they are correctly prepared for laser cutting (more information on how to prepare your files here). Otherwise, in the following 24 hours to the realization of your order, a technician will contact you to solve the errors found. Regarding manufacturing, we have an agile production system, so after the validation of your files, we will make your order in 3-business days. To guarantee total transport safety, we only work with leading shipping companies. The delivery time will depend on the address of your destination. We will attach a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email.




How do I know the status of my order?


After completing your order you will be notified via email of each of the two phases in which it is:

1 - Order Placed: Moment in which we validate your data, options and files. It is just the order notification email.

2 - Order Sent: Your parts leave our facilities, right to your home.

In the first point you will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order from us and the second notification will be when the order leaves our facilities. Order with shiny or brushed finishes, multiple materials or several parts, can have a longer prodution time that the 3-business days statement.

What payment methods are accepted?


We use the PayPal™ platform so that your payments are totally safe. If you have a PayPal™ account you will find the payment window to which you are already accustomed. For those users who do not have a PayPal ™ account, they can pay through the same platform with the following credit/debit cards: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER NETWORK.
