A custom part does the opposite: it starts from your design and matches your tolerances, your material and your finish. With laser cutting you get complex geometries with ±0.15 mm tolerances and clean edges, and with CNC bending you add precise folds up to 3000 mm. All on the same order, with a single supplier.

Do you manufacture custom sheet metal?
Yes. We cut and bend sheet metal to your design, with laser cutting up to 1500 × 3000 mm and CNC bending up to 3000 mm in length.
What's the minimum order quantity?
There’s no minimum. You can order from a single part for a prototype up to production runs of 10,000 units, with per-unit pricing adjusting automatically to volume.
What file formats do you accept?
Most CAD formats. For 2D: DXF, DWG, SVG, AI, PDF, EPS, STEP and SLDPRT. For 3D: STEP and SLDPRT.
